Paisley Pirates fans have the chance to get together before the start of the new SNL ice hockey season, following the announcement by the Supporters Club that there will be a Race Night held in Priorscroft Bowling Club on Saturday, 30 September, the action commencing at 7.30pm.   “There will be all the usual features included for our opening fundraising event of the season,” explained club chairwoman Marie Cadenhead. “Supporters can buy horses, sponsor races, and generally enjoy all the fun of a night at the races.
